\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe proposed business project is to start a guest house called Edelweiss Alp<\/strong>, located in a strategic area of \u200b\u200bCastello Tesino with a large tourist influx. The main objective is to provide visitors with a comfortable and unforgettable experience, while contributing to the development of local tourism.\n

Focus Area<\/h2>\nThe guest house is located in a central area, easily accessible, close to the ski lifts and numerous walks. The structure offers a diversified range of rooms, each tastefully furnished enhancing the historic nature of the building, equipped with all modern comforts, including free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms.\n\nIn addition, additional services such as breakfast included and agreements with the many activities available in the area will be implemented.\n\nA distinctive aspect of the project is the attention to the well-being of guests through rooms with private spa<\/strong> or dedicated wellness treatments, which promote relaxation. This approach not only improves the customer experience, but also promotes a sustainable and responsible image of the guest house.\n

Financing<\/h2>\nThe start-up phase requires careful financial planning: renovation of the spaces, furnishings, initial marketing and operating expenses for the first six months.\n\nThanks to the\u00a0Rural Development Programme 2014-2020<\/strong>\u00a0of the Autonomous Province of Trento and Operation 19.2.1 “implementation of interventions within the SLTP strategy”, through action 6.4 sub. B “support for investments in the creation and development of non-agricultural activities”, it was possible to purchase furniture and equipment for the construction of the bedrooms, bathrooms, purchase internal doors and create the new website.\n\nThe aid of\u00a0Euro 29,911.00<\/strong>\u00a0was granted pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 1305\/2013 by the European Agricultural Fund<\/strong>\u00a0(914%) and by the Autonomous Province of Trento<\/strong>\u00a0(for 17.106%).\n\nFor more information on funding opportunities, please visit the following websites:\n
